How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Leafolio app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Follow the confirmation steps
If you no longer have access to the app
If you no longer have access to the Leafolio app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@leafolio.app from the email address associated with your Leafolio account.
What will be deleted
When your account is deleted, Leafolio deletes your account and associated app data, including:
Plant records
Photos
Notes
Wishlist items
Vendor records
Order records
Breeding records
A note about subscriptions
Deleting your Leafolio account does not cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple or Google Play.
Data retention
Some limited information may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping purposes.
